Description

Hi there,

I tried to update a plugin, The Events Calendar, and in doing so got a message saying "There has been a critical error on your website". The site is hosted at DishmanHills.org. I removed the plugin from recovery mode. Did that fix the problem, or is there more to do?

Please help.

Thanks,

Elijah

Hi @elijohnson9700 and welcome to trac!

Unfortunately trac is used for bugs and enhancements to the WordPress core software only. For WordPress and plugin support, the best place to find people who will be able to help you is https://wordpress.org/support/

In your case, I recommend the plugin's support forum https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/the-events-calendar/

I've closed this ticket as invalid, which in this case is trac's rather unfriendly term to indicate you've been referred to the support forums.

Many thanks,
Peter

Note: See TracTickets for help on using tickets.
