When in the Customizer, often one must scroll down to see all available options. Once you scroll down, you have to scroll back up to the top before you can return to the previous hierarchy level. Keeping the 'back' arrow visible at all times below the top level would eliminate the need to scroll back up first. I'm been using this thing for years, and still every time I use it I habitually move my cursor back to where the 'back' arrow should be.
