Description

I have a problem with login page in wordpress
error: The resource you are looking for has been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.
it is accured when we update PHP from 5.6 to 7.3.7.
for solving this problem we update wordpress to 5.2.2 and that error is still there.

Do you reproduce the issue with a fresh install? (only default plugins/themes).

Is not, you must use support forums instead of Core Trac.
