The sidebar grows wider when the scrollbar appears. This is a regression compared to WordPress 5.4, where the scrollbar instead indented the content. This PR fixes that.
* Create block: Add check for minimum system requirements Added error message when minimum system requirements not met. Corrected the minimum `npm` version required to align with `@wordpress/scripts` package used internally. * Update CHANGELOG.md
