#49618 new defect (bug)

Image Widget Alignment

Description

When adding multiple image widgets into a footer column, the images do not stack vertically, no matter the order chosen. Instead they first two appear side by side and touching each other.

I noticed when inserting the image widget, there's no way to choose "align" at all. I'm not saying there should be, but after its in there, attempting to edit, the "align" word has no dropdown choice and sort of overlaps the "size" option.

Anyway, seems like a bug to me...

We've always had to work around the issue by using a text widget, but I figured I'd finally submit it...

Hi there, welcome to WordPress Trac! Thanks for the report.

The image widget vertial alignment issue is probably theme-specific. Which theme are you using?

The Align/Size labels overlapping is already fixed for WordPress 5.4 in [47292] / #48931.

This is happening in Divi by Elegant Themes - So it's the theme?
