Bio

I am a ‘creative soul’, looking forward to being an ongoing contributor to the Make WordPress teams. Though new to WordPress community, I already feel I belong and I was excited about being part of WordCamp London 2019. I now work in web development, having transferred my skills from a career in project management, and discovering WordPress along the way.

WordPress Origin Story

After more than 15 years in IT Project Management, I decided I needed a change. It was during this transition that I discovered WordPress. I felt so welcome at my first event, WordCamp Brighton 2018, I volunteered for WordCamp London 2019 and became the Sponsors Lead. This lead me to volunteering for WordCamp Europe 2019 as well as attending the Contributor Day. I am looking forward to being part of the WordPress family.
