Hi there! I’m a WordPress-focused Software Engineer, currently employed as an Engineering Manager at NerdWallet.

Interests

I love writing code, and I love people!
I also enjoy being outside (in the warm months) – doing things like kayaking, camping, spelunking, and climbing with my wife and our three littles.

WordPress Origin Story

I started using WordPress around version 2.9 “Carmen”. I did so to help myself and others I knew launch small websites for their companies.
