I am a Senior Content Marketing Manager at Automattic. WordPress has played a significant part in my career as a marketer and writer. My work experience is pretty diverse. I’ve worked in public relations, digital marketing, and content marketing agencies with clients from various industries including tech, nonprofit, entertainment (books and films), arts, health, and more.

Outside of work, I enjoy reading, watching TV shows, and spending time with my family, which includes two adorable Cavalier King Charles puppies.

WordPress Origin Story

I found WordPress in 2012 when I launched my book blog. I wanted to make my blog look visually attractive and after some research, I learned that WordPress gave me the most flexibility and access to a wide range of themes. I had just graduated from college at that time. Little did I know back then that my marketing career would heavily involve WordPress, as it was the best platform to build websites from scratch.
