You're invited! We're hosting a watch party for the 2021 State of the Word livestream on December 14 starting at 22:00 UTC/23:00 CET/17:00 ET/20:00 PT.
State of the Word is an annual keynote address delivered by the WordPress project co-founder, Matt Mullenweg. The event includes key updates about the WordPress project and community, highlights from the past year, and questions from the vibrant WordPress community about our most beloved open source software. We'll meet at the address listed on this event to come together and enjoy this year's State of the Word in person. There will be light refreshments and an opportunity to connect with others in our community, before and after the main event.
We'll be following local guidelines to ensure everyone's safety. With that in mind, please note that in-person meetups are currently only available for:
👉 Those who are vaccinated against COVID
👉 Those who have recently received a negative COVID test
👉 Those who have recently recovered from COVID
